We are hiring skilled Builder Scaffolders for long-term projects in Petrochemical and Industrial Plants across the Netherlands under CAO Metal. Work involves complex scaffold assemblies around pipelines, machinery, and engines where strict safety standards apply.
Responsabilități
- Lead scaffolding projects in high-risk industrial zones, managing teams and maintaining quality and safety at all stages
- Supervise and train team members
- Inspect and approve scaffolding structures
- Communicate with engineering and safety departments
Educatie + Experiență
- EMSB + DNV certifications.
- Strong leadership skills in high-risk environments.
- In-depth understanding of petrochemical plant safety.
- Ability to read technical schematics.
